Challenges at Specialty Fitness Pros

At Specialty Fitness Pros, challenges are designed to help you reset habits, simplify nutrition, and build consistency -- without extremes, apps, or gimmicks.

These challenges are short-term, structured programs built around real food, realistic routines, and accountability. They’re meant to support your training, not complicate your life.

Some challenges are complimentary for in-person clients. Others are available to the public for a limited time.

Current & Upcoming Challenges

30-Day Whole Foods Challenge

Starts January 1, 2026

Ends January 31, 2026

This 30-day reset focuses on eating whole, minimally processed foods to improve digestion, energy, body composition, and overall consistency.

You’ll follow a simple stop-light system that removes guesswork while still allowing flexibility.

What this challenge focuses on:

• Whole, minimally processed foods

• Eliminating added sugars, alcohol, and ultra-processed items

• Building meals around protein, vegetables, and quality carbs

• Consistency over perfection

This challenge is ideal if you:

• Feel bloated, sluggish, or off-track

• Want structure without calorie counting

• Need a reset after the holidays

• Want simple rules you can actually follow

Next Challenge: 30-Day Protein Challenge

Starts April 1, 2026

Ends April 30, 2026

How Challenges Work

• Challenges run for a fixed time period (typically 30 days)

• You receive clear guidelines, structure, and expectations

• No apps, no group chats, no overwhelm

• Results come from consistency, not restriction

If you’re already training with me in person, certain challenges are included at no additional cost.

Supportive Tools & Resources

Some participants choose to support their challenge with basic supplements I personally use and recommend, such as:

  • Magnesium (sleep, recovery, stress support)

  • Digestive enzymes (bloating & digestion)

  • B-complex vitamins (energy & metabolism)

  • Electrolyte blend (hydration & muscle recovery)

  • Protein powder (muscle growth support)

These are optional, not required.
